Medical & cleaning technology
Automated production processes - flexibly designed.
The medical technology sector is characterized by short innovation cycles, a wide range of variants and the strictest quality and safety standards. Key technologies such as microsystems technology, nanotechnology and optical systems are the driving forces that make pioneering medical solutions possible. Cleaning technology also relies on innovation to ensure efficient and sustainable hygiene standards in a wide range of applications. The focus is on environmentally friendly, effective and time-saving cleaning solutions that meet the increasing demands for cleanliness and sustainability. Both sectors – medical technology and cleaning technology – require precise and reliable production strategies. The focus is on the development of high-precision clamping technology, which is essential for the production of delicate and complex components. This precision forms the basis for future-proof products that meet both the highest performance requirements and sustainable goals.

CUSTOMIZED: LIKE THE WORKPIECE ITSELF.
We develop and manufacture our clamping and machining solutions in the same way that high-precision individual parts meet the highest demands in innovative applications: with micrometer precision, smart and precisely tailored to your needs.
Development partner from concept to commissioning.
Whether it’s a new machine, a retrofit, or the modification of existing machine tools, STERMAN supports projects from the initial idea and design through engineering, manufacturing, and assembly to commissioning—and, upon request, well beyond that. With a value-added ratio of over 85 percent, our solutions are primarily manufactured at our facility in St. Georgen in the Black Forest. For an initial clamping concept, a workpiece drawing and the essential information about the machining process are usually sufficient.
MADE IN BLACK FOREST - for discerning customers all over the world.
