Zur Flexibilisierung unserer Produktion und Verkürzung der Lieferzeiten unserer Ersatzteile rüsten wir auf. Jüngst erhielten wir mit unserem neuen HERMLE C32u Fräszentrum den ersten Baustein unserer automatisierten Fräszelle. Im Herbst folgt mit dem zugehörigen HERMLE RS1-2 Robotersystem Baustein Nummer zwei. Zukünftig werden wir unseren Kunden mit dem vernetzten und smarten System, vor allem im Notfall, eine noch unaufgeregtere und schnellere Versorgung mit dringend benötigten Wechselteilen ihrer Sonderspannsysteme, Vorrichtungen & Maschinen bieten. Natürlich weiterhin hochgradig individualisiert, stets auf's µ genau und 100% Made in Black Forest.
To make our production more flexible and shorten the delivery times for our spare parts, we are upgrading. We recently received the first component of our automated milling cell with our new HERMLE C32u milling center. Component number two will follow in the fall with the associated HERMLE RS1-2 robot system. In the future, we will use the networked and smart system to offer our customers an even quieter and faster supply of urgently needed replacement parts for their special clamping systems, devices and machines, especially in emergencies. Of course, still highly individualized, always down to the micron precision and 100% made in Black Forest.
