Cartridge mandrel PFR with retractable stop for complete machining of ring-shaped workpieces (including lower plane surface).
Activation via STS-DSZ double piston cylinder.

Centring and facing chuck PZF/SF

Centring and facing chuck PZF with soft centring in the pitch point of the helical gearing.
Not dependent on the centrifugal force and deformation-free clamping with  
additional protective centring. Activated via STS-DSZ
Double piston clamping cylinder

Double cartridge mandrel PFBD

Double cartridge mandrel PFBD with workpiece centring in two separate clamping
planes for centring at various inner diameters and simultaneous
optimum coaxial alignment.

Pull-down chuck PFG

Pull-down chuck PFG for mounting and machining large,
workpieces subject to deformation with optimum clamping length and
system geometry.

Sliding jaw mandrel PFG/SF

Sliding jaw mandrel PFG/SF for the complete machining of pistons in a  
clamping process. In combination with a collet chuck PZF also possible
as spindle/counter spindle concept.

Centring and facing chuck PZF/SF

Centring and facing chuck PZF/SF for deformation-free clamping of  
cams. With integrated spring assemblies designed for activation with
a single-piston clamping cylinder.

Friction-welded chuck RS

Complete friction-welding device with double clamping (external), internal clamping
with groove former (internal) and complete cooling for highly accurate joining of  
two workpieces.

Centring and facing chuck PZFD

Centring and facing chuck PZFD with centring cassette, face clamping elements
and vibration dampers for vibration-free machining of thin-walled
sheet metal parts.

Centring and facing mandrel PFB

Centring and facing mandrel PFB in the form of a compact inner mandrel for   
external machining of thin-walled rings subject to deformation.
